Moen has a new opening for a Senior Human Resources Administrator to join our New Bern, North Carolina Manufacturing team. Moen's SR HR Administrator is responsible for all HR systems to include all data maintenance and system reporting, data tracking and analysis, assists associates with personnel information and interpretation of HR policies and procedures, and maintains personnel files.

Five (5) years administrative experience with knowledge of business office operations with an Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school required. A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in business or human resources preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as associate handbooks, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of associates in organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be experienced in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Outlook, and SAP order processing systems. Experience with ADP or other HR/Payroll system, Kronos and/or Nextrak a plus.

Current and valid drivers license is required.
