Moen has a new opening for a Process or Senior Process Engineer to join our New Bern, North Carolina manufacturing team. Moen's Process Engineers own the plant floor layout and encompassed assembly and fabrication processes for the assigned department. Will be responsible for the improvement of the Productivity metric for the department, and will act as the engineering resource in support of daily production needs.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to write appropriate responses in the form of e-mails, letters, and supporting charts and graphs to achieve the preceding job descriptions. Ability to prepare presentations and administer speeches in support of the job requirements.
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word software; Excel spreadsheet software; SAP inventory software, MS Outlook software, Minitab statistical software, AutoCAD and/or Pro-E.
Certificates and Licenses:
This position requires the administration of direction and leadership to Engineering Assistants on a daily basis. These requirements include performance evaluations, time-keeping management, and daily tasking in response to the requirements of the production personnel.
